Scheduled a time with thier dispatch, guys showed up on time even with the heavy rain. Clean the gutters thoroughly and washed the entire floors to wash away all gutters debris. I would recommend using them for your gutters cleaning.

Cleaning the solar panels on our house with its steep and high roof is delicate work. Two young men arrived with all their gear, took photos before and after, and did a superb job. The solar panels were as clean as mirrors and reflected every leaf of a nearby tree. Beautiful job.

I never had anyone to be on time. My appointment was between 8-9 and they were at my home at 7:50Am they cleaned 35 windows, screens and the rails very well. Victor and Jose are professional and did a great job.Mike (owner) is very professional he has great communication skill and very responsive to all his text messages. I highly recommend this company.

Contacted several different businesses for to clean my solar panels. Curb Appeal was reasonable in their quote and also extremely responsive. Mike emailed back to the same day with a quote and the next day we were able to set up set up an appointment for the following week.The day of, the workers showed up promptly and the job was completed quickly and efficiently.I had to leave for errands while they were working, so when they were finished, they called and I was able to pay over the phone.I will definitely be using them again in the future!

I used Curb Appeal Power Clean for one of my client's house. We installed a brand new solar panel system on their roof a few months ago, over time dust and leaves have accumulated on the solar panels and they weren't working as efficient. When I called Mike from Curb Appeal and consulted with him in regards to my issue I felt confident right away.Mike power washed the solar panels and removed all of the accumulated dust, leaves, and ashes from the recent fires. The solar panel system started working more efficiently.Mike has set up a solar panel cleaning service for my clients for a great price and with his service I would most highly recommend him and Curb Appeal to any future clients of mine.Thanks for the good work!

Patio & driveway pavers look amazing again! Pepe & Jose did such a great job. They even cleaned a couple of small awnings & the patio furniture without me asking. It was such a pleasant surprise. And when I asked them to clean the vinyl fence and gate they did it without scoffing. They arrived a little early & were very pleasant. Mike the owner is super responsive, knowledgeable & helpful. I think the only critique I have which really isn’t one is that the sand that was used on the pavers was a beige color as opposed to the dark grey/black we had originally which makes the pavers look different, lighter but it feels more open. The price for the entire 4-5 hour job was reasonable. Great value. Will definitely be calling them again when it’s time to clean up.

I highly recommend this company! Dealing with Michael and his crew was a pleasure. They were responsive (returned my call the same day) and easy to schedule. Not only were they professional, but very accommodating and respectful of my property. Living close to the ocean, I had algae on my roof and patio and they were able to clean it all off. They cleaned my roof, windows and pressure washed all outdoor hard surfaces.....everything looks like new again. I would say that Michael and his crew went above and beyond .

Great experience with Curb Appeal pressure washers in Los Angeles! Hired them to come out and do a routine gutter cleaning in Reseda.Michael came out on time and was very friendly and fair priced for the job. Our Gutters are Flowing again after he cleaned out all of the debris and leaves that were making water from rainfall seep over the gutters and into places it shouldn't be. Cant ask for better service, thanks Michael !

I have a roofing company in the valley and at times when my crews finish demo there is sometimes small debris and dust left over. After every roof job of mine I call Miki over at curb appeal to come and power wash and clean the property and customers are always so happy so see this done. 5 stars every single time they come. My husband and I used this company for pressure washing the exterior of our home, and all of our exterior windows. We were BEYOND IMPRESSED!! I did a lot of research and got several quotes, and by far this company was the most reasonable when it came to pricing. In addition to that, they were super responsive and professional! Michael Getter was delightful to speak to and work with. You could immediately tell that he is a man that takes pride in his work, and makes customer service his top priority! Our house had many dark spots on the stucco and we were worried that we may need to repaint. They did such an amazing job with the cleaning that we have absolutely no need to paint! Our house practically looks freshly painted! We are so happy and recommend this company highly!

Our solar panels and windows are sparkling, they cleared out our seriously gross gutters, and even managed to wash dried fruit droppings from our neighbors’ tree off of our back wall and out of our artificial turf. Very happy I chose Curb Appeal. We got our gutters and downspouts cleaned right before it rains again.... if it ever does in Los Angeles! I live half way across the country from my 88-year-old mother. Her roof was filled with pine needles that had become a fire risk. I contacted Curb Appeal and was able to communicate with Michael, the owner, who quickly provided a quote and scheduled her roof cleaning. And Mike and CA power clean pressure wash a lot of my job sites after final completion.I’m a general contractor and usually after our jobs are done the driveways and streets can get pretty dirty with debris and dirt. Mike comes in with all of the right equipment and most of the times makes it look better than when I arrived.I can trust that he knows what he is doing and don’t have to check up on him after the job is done.
