How we clean & prevent damaging your awening?
We use a Low Pressure (soft wash) Method. This shop’s awning had some dirt on it, we used our surfactant & solution and let it dwell for around 20-30 minutes. In the mean time we pressure Washed the concrete sidewalk.
After we let the solution dwell we brushed the awning with a soft bristled brush. We power washed and rinsed the awning with a low pressure nozzle. The nozzle we use allowed us to adjust the pressure to the necessary pressure and that is 100-200 psi. It is enough to put your hand infront of and it will not cause any damage to the fabric. After the rinse the dirt rinsed right off and the awning dried completely clean.
How we remove Mildew and Algea growth from the awning?
We use industry standard solutions. After many years of experience we have used different methods to clean awnings.
