Pressure Washing and Sealing Concrete near Marina Del Rey, CA.
The concrete at this home gets very wet and stays wet for a long time, causing algea to build up very fast. The customer needed a solution for the problem. We recomended to power wash real well and seal. Sealed concrete will not allow moisture to dwell and cause fungus or algea growth. The sealer we use is a penetrating water based sealer it is slip resistant and a natural finish. The job came out looking awesome.
